100 Hour Holistic Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
Everyone is invited to join this training. 100-hour Holistic Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is a 12 days intensive program. This is an introduction level training which will give a great understanding of different styles of yoga. We have different option in 100 hours teacher training to choose from on different dates starting from October 2019. All participants will receive certificate on successful completion of training.
100 Hour Holistic Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training II
You can continue from the same spot of completion of 100 hours YTTC I and add skillset in your profile. These 100 hours of training will complete their 200 hours of teacher training. This training will be for 12 days and you will learn how to become a good teacher of yoga with more understanding and practice of teaching during these 12 days.
200 Hour Holistic Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
Our 200-hour Holistic Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course is an intensive 24 days program designed to develop your skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach yoga classes based on Vinyasa Flow style. This comprehensive curriculum covers Yoga philosophy based on the yogic lifestyle and ethics, Yoga Sutras, yogic diet, physiology for yoga and anatomy. We strongly encourage you to develop your own intelligence based on your intuition and spiritual experiences into your yoga styles.
100 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
This Hatha Yoga teacher training is 12 days intensive program. This yoga training is designed to concentrate on traditional Yogic postures, Breathing Techniques, Energy locks and other important aspects of the practice of Yoga. This Yoga course is suitable for those who want to incorporate Hatha Yoga & Hatha Flow to their profile. This training will create a great foundation to become Yoga Teacher.
200 Hour Multi Style Yoga Teacher Training
Our 200 Hour Multi Style Yoga Teacher Training course is an intensive 24 days program. This Training is designed to develop your skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach based on hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga And Vinyasa yoga style. In these four weeks we will cover philosophy and practices of HATHA Yoga, History and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga , practice of VINYASA Yoga , teaching concepts of Yoga. This training is very good for yogis who wants to go deeper into understaning of yoga.

You can enjoy lot of vegetarian and vegan dishes during your training at wellnessinn. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner would be served in all days of trainings. Food plays important role while we learn and practice. With the help of our kitchen experts we serve high nutrition value food which is easy to digest. We suggest eating healthy and clean food during your training to stay fit.
